See  Compatible Device Contexts  in the help

The steps:
	hDC = CreateCompatibleDC
	hBM = CreateCompatibleBitmap
	tBM = SelectObject( hDC, hBM )

	Draw on the hDC
	Save the bitmap

	SelectObject( hDC, tBM )
	DeleteObject( hBM )
	DeleteDC( hDC )
