Thanks Remy, thats pretty much what I had, however I don't get any entries appearing in the log. Everythings returing ok, no errors, nothing returned by GetLastError(), in fact my event logs are totally empty nothing is appearing in them (logons / offs etc). It's almost like I've corrupted them some how. Any ideas?
