I wander why you need a sample for a function that accepts the only 
parameter - file name. What this function does is encrypt the file or 
directory located on NTFS drive. This is similar to setting "encrypted" 
flag on a file or folder in Explorer.

If you need custom file encryption, you need to use some custom 
solutions. For encrypting files using X.509 certificates (public keys) 
you can use SecureBlackbox (http://www.secureblackbox.com/)
