Based on your preview code, my guess would be that your test for (i != 1) is causing Quit/Stop() to be called for every request for a new window. You did not initialize 'i' before using it, and you did not test get_ToolBar() to make sure it succeeded before using the returned value. Since 'i' is uninitialized, it will contain a random value from memory, which will probably rarely ever be set to 1. If get_ToolBar() fails, 'i' will most likely remain unchanged, and thus your test for (i != 1) will always succeed. Gambit
