GetMenu() and GetSystemMenu() do not return the same menu.  GetMenu()
returns the MainMenu of the window, if there is one.  In other words, the
one along the top of a window underneath the caption bar.  GetSystemMenu(),
on the other hand, returns the system menu instead.  In other words, the
menu that appears when you right-click on the caption bar itself, or click
the icon in the top-left corner.
