When you included the header file you provided a definition of the function
for the compiler to use.  Later the linker wants to put all the pieces
together and because unit2.obj calls the function it tries find the actual
code for the function.  The code exists in a DLL so the linker would be
satisfied with an import library that told it the function name and DLL
name.

For FindFirstUrlCacheEntryA the import library is WININET.LIB  Add that
library to your project.
