A header to fix a linker error?
I'll admit I know nothing about the Builder IDE, but I think he needs
to add the tapi dll or the tapi lib to his project somehow.
There's a tapi32.lib in \lib\psdk.  That's probably what he needs to
add to his project.

tapi3.h includes tapi3if.h

I also see a tapi3.idl that looks like code of some sort. Wonder what
the IDL files are all about?
