I have sent you an email with a library and with this information.  I am
putting this reply here for others who might run into the problem.

The interface IDs for IITAPI and ITTAPI2 are as follows...

I got these by running MS's MIDL compiler on "tapi3if.idl" in the
"$(BCB)\Include\Idl" directory
