The only time that message box should appear is if your application stops
processing messages.  Otherwise, just setting the CanClose parameter to
false should be enough to stop that dialog otherwise, since it always tries
to close a window gracefully first, and if the window does not close but
still continues to process messages then everything should be ok.  That has
always been my experience in the past.  But the, it would not surprise me if
XP changed the OS's rules of operation again.  Microsoft does that every so
often.
