Remy, actually the main problem is not in your code...it is in me, I am
really newbie to ActiveX and COM programming, and I am really finding hard
time understanding them, so this results obviously in not having the ability
to run the code....

What I was asking is if there is any other way I can do the BHO by it...but
it seems that there isn't..
Ok do you suggest any tutorials I can go for so I can get to know ActiveX
and COM programming in BCB better...

I really appreciate your help and understanding...
