Used following code in OnShow event... In case anyone else needs it.

        RECT rc;
        SystemParametersInfo(SPI_GETWORKAREA,NULL,&rc,0);
        Form1->Top = rc.bottom - Form1->Height;
        Form1->Left = rc.right - Form1->Width;
