That's assuming calling the "mailto" protocol invokes a mail client that
supports attachments via "mailto" to begin with.  Not all do, and using
"mailto", you have no control over which email program is actually invoked.

That is OE-specific.  If the user is not using OE, that that code is pretty
useless unless it is adjusted for the actual email client being used, but
then you have to write code for each specific email client that you want to
support.

SimpleMapi/MAPI is the best way to go.  It is standard, supported by many
email clients, and you don't have to hanve any knowledge of the particular
email client, just construct the message and then pass to to MapiSendMail()
to have the email client send it appropriately.
