I have NEVER said for my self. That is a bogus assumption. I was speaking in
general and purposely so. I never said this for my self and never said I
should have an excusive privileges. There is no reason to twist facts like
this.

And as I said, a majority of Usenet servers do get a feed from Borland, that
is how you can use groups.google.com to browse/search them.

And all I really said of the guidelines is that they were guidelines, and
not engraved in stone.

And lastly, *I* NEVER decided anything. Where do you get off twisting things
like this??? If you actually read what I posted instead of skimming and
mentally filing in the gaps, you would see I never implied anything like
that. I'm only saying that like any rules in the real world, they do not
always need to be taken religiously. Nor do we need to completely ignore
them either.

Please do not misquote or imply things I never said in the future.
