Simply cast the LPARAM to a DEBUGHOOKINFO* pointer like you would any other
kind of casting.

    DEBUGHOOKINFO *lpdhi = (DEBUGHOOKINFO *)lParam;
    // use lpdhi as needed...

Or:

    DEBUGHOOKINFO *lpdhi = reinterpret_cast<DEBUGHOOKINFO *>(lParam);
    // use lpdhi as needed...
