How is it to be started?
If the EXE is started by the user, it would likely need to display
first so it can find the handle of it's window, then disapear.
If started by another app, then start with SW_HIDE?

Yes, that might work...write a GUI app that wraps the console app.
The GUI wouldn't create a window for itself, just launch the console
app hidden, then quit?
Or...what good is a "console" app if you can't see the screen, so why
not a "GUI" app with no windows?
