I am referring to the hint that pops up next to the mouse cursor when you
move the mouse. I move the mouse on a child form over a PaintBox. I set the
hint string using PaintBox1->Hint = AnsiString; I have this working using
the MouseDown and MouseMove event handlers. I can move the mouse cursor and
also set the hint string using the keyboard in the event void __fastcall
TMainForm::FormShortCut(TWMKey &Msg, bool &Handled). In this event I use the
API SetCursorPos() to move the mouse cursor. My problem is that from the
code inside the event void __fastcall TMainForm::FormShortCut(TWMKey &Msg,
bool &Handled)  I can not make the mouse cursor hint box pop up. After I
call SetCursorPos() and move the mouse cursor, I need code to make the hint
box pop up. I hope there is an API for this but I can not find one in the
API bible. Any ideas how to pop up that hint box?
