I don't understand your question. If this is what you mean

__fastcall TForm1::TForm1(TComponent* Owner)
        : TForm(Owner)
{
    BorderStyle = bsSizeToolWin;    // or bsSingle, etc

    HRGN hRegion = CreateRoundRectRgn(0,0, Width, Height,50, 50);

    SetWindowRgn(Handle, hRegion, true);
}

it works. If this is not what you mean, could you explain what you want to
achieve in more detail, please?
