closing app when shutdown computer

Hi,

I created a simple application that is in the tray area and wait for data
from UDP port using NMUDP component, all works fine the only problem is
that, if i try to shutdown PC the shutdown process is blocked by this
program (it's like if windows is not able to kill this program) and the pc
doesn't switch off. How can I solve this problem i'd like or to kill program
or at least show a msg to close it manually, I trid to put msg in OnClose or
OnCloseQuery of the form but it doesn't work.
