in Borland C++ Builder 6.0 it to obtain that you can use TForm's AlphaBlend
, AlphaBlendValue properties but if you are using earlier vesions you must
use an api function named "SetLayeredWindowAttributes". But it's not
implemented in .h files so you need to use GetProcAddress;
