I forgot to remove this line from the code example ;) There is no float 
point operations in a minimum code that crashes (memory access violation).

Another thing: i found .lib of corresponding dll and - crash in the same 
place. Since this .lib is available only in NI forums i start to suspect 
that NI have problem with BCB 6.0 ...
