AFAIK, Dialogic boards support TAPI, but IMHO it's far better to use
GlobalCall API or one or more specific technology API (ISDN (PRI/BRI, Voice,
etc etc). A such application would have to be able to sustain up to 120 (or
more) simultaneous inbound/outbound connections (devices): I'm not sure that
the Windows' TAPI layer is so smart. 

Moreover, If I can recall correctly, Turbopower's AsyncPro have support for
TAPI devices too, and I'm pretty sure that you can download it for free from
SourceForge.
