I already told you how to handle that - override the
TService::DoCustomControl() method.  For example:

    class TMyService : public TService
    {
    //...
    protected:
        bool __fastcall DoCustomControl(DWORD CtrlCode);
    //...
    };

    bool __fastcall TMyService::DoCustomControl(DWORD CtrlCode)
    {
        if( CtrlCode == MY_MESSAGE )
            // do something
        return true;
    }
