Or, just write the data to a file directly without using a stream:

    BYTE *MemPtr = (BYTE *)LockResource(MemoryHandle);
    int iFile = FileCreate("filename");
    if( iFile != -1 )
    {
        FileWrite(MemPtr, Size);
        FileClose(iFile);
    }
