In a TThread of my program, I'm using Sleep() when no task to be processed 
for a certain time period. Also, I'm using Suspend() to put the thread on 
hold (by user).

Question, if I use the property Suspended to check whether the thread is on 
hold will that also return TRUE while it's sleeping?
