Why is only OutVal extern "C", and not InpVal?
Also, why do you list these? Are they not in "BytioXP.h"?
If not, then you need to write them.

Use TLIB to list the contents of the BytioXP.lib file and check
carefully for the exact spelling (leading underscores, or whatever) of
those functions.

As a last resort, you can always use LoadLibrary and GetProcAddress to
link up at run-time.
