Hi, sorry for my english.

I have used the URLDownloadToFile to make a sample program to download page
from internet and process it, but i have a problem.

I have tried my software in many pc. This is the result.

Try to download http://www.mysite.com in a file
PC 1: code error is 0 and download correctly the page
PC 2: code error is -2147221020 (Hex: 0x800401E4, syntax error) and nothing
is downloaded.


Try to download http://www.yoursite.com in a file
PC 1: code error is -2147221020 (Hex: 0x800401E4, syntax error) and nothing
is downloaded.
PC 2: code error is 0 and download correctly the page.

I have looked for windows, ie, office version and other but i can't find any
relation both software installed and syntax error.

How i can debug and solve this prolem?
