Try one of thse instead:

    CreateProcess(NULL, "c:\\mail\\pkunzip.exe c:\\mail\\inbox\\file.zip",

    CreateProcess("c:\\mail\\pkunzip.exe", "c:\\mail\\pkunzip.exe
c:\\mail\\inbox\\file.zip",

There is a bug (or misdocumented feature) in CreateProcess() when both the
lpApplicationName and lpCommandLine parameters are specified.  If the
lpApplicationName is the path to the executable, the path is included in the
lpCommandLine, you have to include it manually.  Many programs expect the
lpApplication is be part of the lpCommandLine.
