you can seperate the lines;

Count is number of lines

Ini->WriteInteger(Section,"ItemCount",Count);
for (int cx=0;cx<Count;cx++)
    Ini->WriteString(Section,"Item_"+IntToStr(cx),Strings[cx]);

you can write/read multi lines like this way.
