you can handle WM_TIMECHANGE event

if you'll add this code to your form object

    void __fastcall OnTimeChange(TMessage &Message);

    BEGIN_MESSAGE_MAP
      MESSAGE_HANDLER(WM_TIMECHANGE, TMessage, OnTimeChange)
    END_MESSAGE_MAP(TControl)


OnTimeChange method will triggered when the system date/time changed.

Also you can control the message in WndProc...
