How about TerminateProcess().  Same?  If so I use the suggested
window enumeration to find all windows associated with the 
spawned process or have an idle loop running in the
called process which waits for the main app to execute, and then
kills itself.  Honourably.

This can't be new territory.  What's the standard way to
call and kill an app from your own app?
