I'm trying to get drag and drop working where my app is the source, and win explorer is the target. 

Despite having CF_HDROP, CFSTR_FILECONTENTS and CFSTR_FILEGROUPDESCRIPTOR handled in EnumFormatEtc, QueryGetData, and GetData methods, Explorer still refuses to accept my data. It does a query for CF_HDROP, disallows the drop, and does a GetData for "DragContext".

Is there any way for this to work? Ideally, I'd like to use the FileContents and FileGroupDescriptor combo, but could make do with CF_HDROP if nothing else is possible.
