In BCB 6, when you choose to create a new TThread object, the dialog that
prompts you for a class name also includes a field for a thread name as
well.  If used, the the IDE auto-generates similar naming code for the
TThread.  Further research reveiled that newer versions of VC++ also use
RaiseException() for allowing threads to be named in the same fashion.
