I'm asking on a C++Builder developer's forum, on the API newsgroup on how
can I change the resolution (width, height and bits) and he repies asking me
what resolution ? screen, font, printer?

Font? Does fonts has bits? Printer? Does it has bits? Screen resolution has
bits (1024x768x32).

And then, he suggested me to right click on the desktop and click on change
resolution. Is that a developer to developer answer? Are we on
news://microsoft.public.windows.win98.begginers or on Borland's developers
community?
