Try commenting out the Lock and Unlock:

    //pImage->Canvas.Lock();
    PageControl->Pages[i]->PaintTo( pImage->Handle, 0, 0 );
    //pImage->Canvas.Unlock();
    Printer()->Canvas->StretchDraw( TRect(0, 0, 200, 200), pImage );
