GetMessage() always works on the message queue of the *calling* thread, not the main VCL thread always. As long as your GetMessage() is inside the Execute() method of your thread, it will only retreive messages sent to your thread. If that is still not working correctly for you, then please post your actual code so we can see exactly how you are trying to use your thread. Gambit
