How to get the new mouse's coordinates after scrolling TForm
J display a bitmap on the form. Bitmap is larger than the form
for example form->Height=100, form->Width=100
bitmap->Height= 200, bitmap->Width = 500
when J scroll down of bitmap J want to get the coordinates
relatively scrolled new position not only the TForm coordinates (X,Y)
and when J put some component in window position X=100, Y=100
and the window is scrolled down the new coordinates should be X=200, Y=500
sorry for my English
