Hi all, I am trying to build an application that can filter URL's typed in any kind of internet browser (i.e. IE, Netscape, Opera...etc.), well so far I reached nothing although I tried the following 1- I've tried Remy Lebeau advice of using DDE, but it failed cause of many reasons...Browser Reasons, rare information on DDE usage...etc. 2- I've tried to Grab the url from the Class Name of the combo where the URL is typed, although I faced a lot of problems with browsers other than IE. now I've only two ways left that I will need an expert advice on which is the best with my task, and where I can FIND a documentation on how to use either ways. A. Building proxy server B. Working with sockets and read all sent information from the user machine so I can block undesired URLS, and unblock verified url's... I will appreciate if anyone can help me with which way is the best and more practical, and will not take me 100 years to develop.... thanks all for your help and support... Regards
