How can I get the localized name of the My Documents folder?
I use SHGetSpecialFolderLocation() to get the PIDL to the folder. With
IShellFolder::GetDisplayNameOf() I can only get the file path to the folder
(which is D:\Docs in my case), but not the name that is used to display My
Documents (or Mijn Documenten in dutch, Eigene Dateien in german, etc.) in
for example Start | Recent Docs.
I was able to find the localized name in the Registry:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{450D8FBA-AD25-11D0-98A8-0800361B1103}
but this only works with Windows 98 I think...
Is there another way to get the localized name for My Documents?
