Issues with the OnCreate event have already been repeatedly documented and
reported for a long time now.  a Lot of users simply don't pay attention to
it, or don't look for it at all.  So every so often, users post code to
these groups that still uses OnCreate, so we tell them about the issues.

Ignore the examples for this issue.  They are ported over from Delphi code,
where OnCreate is widely used.  OnCreate is safe to use in Delphi.  It is
not safe to use in C++.
