I tried using a different value for the Handle. But, to be honest I 
can't think of that many alternative values to try.

So, initially I was using Handle (which is the handle of my MainForm). 
The other handle I could think of was Application->Handle but that also 
didn't do the trick on Vista.

If you have any other suggestions regarding other Handles I could try 
then please let me know.
