Hello,
I have an application with multiple threads ( about 5000 )
Threads hardly use semaphores, waiting mechanismus and so on
I want to properly ends my application using simplest way.
I need a function, which says me:
1. Is any thread still active - if yes which is their HANDLE
2. Kill them when is sitll active

Could I use for it "tlhelp32.h" ?
Any sugestions?
