Good Day

I need to know how to feel the changes in foreground window title
I know how to get the foreground window title using "GetForegroundWindow"
and "GetWindowText" functions but I need my application to sense the change
of the foreground window or the change of its title
(can I do this without checking the foreground window title on periodical
time using a timer ???)

thanks in advance
