You cannot use NT systems for inportb and outportb in a NT Windows program.
Perhap you can use inportb and outportb in NT in a consol program as the serial and paralel ports have dos imulators.
You might have to use a dos compiler instead and run it in a dos box.
Win 98 OK for outport in a windows program.
