The only way that is possible is if only one thread is actually calling the
function in question.  GetCurrentThreadId() is guaranteed to return the
proper ID of the calling thread, so if you are only seeing a single thread
ID ever getting logged, then that is the only thread ever actually calling
your function in the first place.
