In other words, the Timer will never interrrupt a Timer Routine that is
being executed
(At least I have never seen it ...unless you do some magic tricks :-)

Another example: Lets assume that your Intervak is 50 mS, and that you Timer
Routine
takes 20 mS to execute on agerage. If for some reason that routine takes 90
mS to execute
(due to internal of the OS), then the timer will not trigger again at 50 mS.
First the routine will
complete its execution. In numbers:

Timer Routine Duration    = 50 mS (The routine took longer to execute)
Measured Timer Interval  = 60 mS (The Measured Interval has increased!)


Timer Routine Duration    = 20 mS (Now the routine took the average time to
execute)
Measured Timer Interval  = 50 mS
