The easy way is to use the CopyFile API function. For example

               if ( !CopyFile( (PathExisting  + File).c_str(),
                                     (PathDest       + File).c_str(),
 FALSE ))
                {
                    GetLastError();
                    // Display error message if needed (CopyFile failed)
                 }
