Dear C++ Programmers

My problem is with missing license info for a MS Visual Basic 
component. I installed MS Visual Basic Communications component 
and integrated it into Builder 4.0

My programs uses that component and works fine. However when 
I make a setup of it (setup.exe) with installshield and try to 
install it to other computers it complains that there is no 
license info for that component. The component self registers 
itself to the registry. But during the setup I get this license 
error message. 

Has anybody encountered this problem before?
