and download ftpcmd.exe  It is a self-extracting file that has a cpp
file showing how to use FTPCommand.  It shows how to do a LIST
command, but PUT would be similar only with InternetWriteFile instead
of InternetReadFile.

If all that is too confusing, have a look at
 bResult = FtpPutFile(hFTPSession,from,to,FTP_TRANSFER_TYPE_BINARY,0);
