I am currently working on a project which is "sensor guided car
parking system".This project invloves interfacing of an optical encoder and a ultrasonic sensor with personal computer through 
external interface card.Parallel port of computer has to be used for interfacing.Could you please help me in this regard.If you could please tell me how to read Input port in C++ Builder 4 or how to interface external hardware with computer using C++ builder.I will be much obliged on your responce.
