Did you verify that the PrinterIndex is actually changing correctly after
you assign it?  TPrinter::Handle is dependant on the current PrinterIndex.
If it is not actually being changed correctly, then it is conceivable that
your code really is retreiving the information for the same printer each
time regardless of what you are assigning PrinterIndex to each time.
